learn moreBicycle rental centres for the GPEC Group’s employees have been built in 8 locations – in Gdańsk, Tczewo and Starogard Gdański. They can be used at will both during worktime, e.g. going to a meeting, and during free time.
8 sport teams have been set up in the GPEC Group, as requested by the employees. During the co-financed activities, the employees can practice diving, yoga, volleyball or running.
A fitness trainer works for the GPEC Group and conducts activities during worktime: from multi-sport, through yoga, to breathing classes. In 2018, on average over 70 people a day took part in the classes!

The gaming platform with individual accounts encourages developing and fostering good pro-health habits. The employees learn to improve regularity in their actions, gain new skills and overcome their own limitations by taking up the thematic challenges in the game. At present, there are 400 active accounts.
The team effort inherent in the tasks support building interpersonal relations and team spirit within the organisation. The employees choose the composition of their teams and the types of tasks they want to get involved in. Each edition of the Team Tournament takes a different form: there are tournaments focused on sports, thematic tournaments, escape room or games based on photographic riddles.
